·        The syndicate will be managed and operated by Shelmaliers Coiste na nÓg Euromillions Committee ("The Committee"). Their decision on all matters is final.

·        One payment of €30 is paid to the syndicate for one year membership from 01 January 2026 to 31st December 2026 by an applicant, and that applicant becomes a member of the syndicate ("member").

·        For the sake of clarity, full details including name, email, phone number and payment of the member must be furnished to The Committee before becoming a member. It is the responsibility of each member to ensure that the correct name, phone number and email address and all details are furnished to the Committee. The Committee shall accept no liability in respect of any incorrect or incomplete names furnished.

·        The draw will run from 01 January 2026 - 31 December 2026.

·        The syndicate will enter two weekly draws - 5 lines per draw.

·        The Committee will ensure that the tickets are purchased from an authorised Euromillions Lotto agent.

·        Lotto numbers are printed on the tickets, and are available from the Committee.  These numbers remain the same for the one year membership.

·        Members admitted to the syndicate cannot assign, part with, re-sell or donate his/her ticket.  For the sake of clarity, a ticket purchased as a gift is acceptable providing the full name and details of the recipient is given at the time of purchase, and that recipient becomes the member.

·        Any prize money won will be shared out equally between the members of the syndicate within a reasonable time frame after the end of the year, i.e. after the 31st December 2026.

·        However, if the total  winnings for 2026 are below €12,000,  the Committee in its absolute discretion reserves the right to raffle the money won in various prize amounts (ie €100, €50 etc) to the members, the raffle to take place near year end. 

·        If the winnings for 2026 exceed €12,000,  members shall be given the option of purchasing another ticket for the following year out of the member's share of the winnings. 

·        The Committee will not share members details or data with any third party SAVE that each member has consented to and been added to this WhatsApp group as a means of communication to all members. Any member can leave the WhatsApp group if they so wish.

·        The Committee's decisions in relation to the organisation and running of this syndicate shall be final and binding on all members. 

·        The Committee reserves the right to amend, waive or add any further terms and conditions that it, in its absolute discretion, sees fit, and notice of any change shall be sent by email or by WhatsApp to the members.

·        The member shall accept membership to the syndicate on the basis of the above terms.

·        I agree to be added to a Whats app group which will be used to update you of any winnings, and of prizes and draws throughout the year.
